About this Web Site

This web site is a production of the Sea Cliff Homeowners Association.  It is intended for the benefit of the residents of Sea Cliff and of other people who would like to learn about our community.  The web site is actually two sites. 

The first site, Welcome to Sea Cliff, is the public site which is open to anyone.  It contains general information about the community. 

The second site, Sea Cliff Homeowners Association, is intended solely for the residents of Sea Cliff.  That site which can be accessed through the tab at the top of this page, Homeowners Association, is intended for the residents and members of the HOA.

                                    About SEA CLIFF

Sea Cliff is a beautiful residential community located in Carlsbad, California.  It is an eighty acre piece of land situated right on the coast of “north county”, in the southwest corner of Carlsbad.  Sea Cliff is only thirty miles north of downtown San Diego.  The entrance to the community (Lowder Rd.) is on the south side of Pointsettia just on the west side of the I-5.

Sea Cliff is an HOA where the homeowners can relax and enjoy life to the fullest.  The community was build between 1984 and 1990.  It has 300 homes that are located around a spectacular park area with two lakes.  Sea Cliff has won numerous landscaping awards

The community two pools and spas, two tennis courts, a club house for indoor meetings and activities, and a pavilion for outdoor parties and events.
